Blue Ops Partners in Chicago, IL, seeks a Manager or Senior Manager of Analytics to lead client engagements end-to-end, build and develop data teams, and collaborate with high-caliber peers to deliver insights and impact.

You will apply deep analytics across cloud platforms, drive data-driven solutions, and mentor a growing team while navigating multiple projects. This role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate B.S. degree required with strong academic record.
• 5–8+ years in analytics, data, consulting or related fields.
• Proficiency with Azure/AWS/Snowflake cloud data platforms.
• Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Strong SQL; Python, R for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing (Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend; Snowflake/Redshift).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and M365 integration; strong consulting background.
• Experience with Agile; Jira/Trello; ability to translate findings into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end and lead teams to deliver outcomes.
• Develop and mentor data professionals; build capacity across engagements.
