Job summary

Moody's Corporation seeks an experienced Analytics Data Operations professional to deliver high-quality analytic data, guidance, and knowledge management support for ratings and research processes. You will standardize financial data processes and collaborate with analysts and outsourcing teams.

This full-time role requires 5–6 years in accounting/finance, mastery of Excel and data tools, and a growing expertise in AI applications to streamline workflows while upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 5–6 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial data operations.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with BI tools and SQL/Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analytic data, guidance, and knowledge management support to enable efficient and consistent ratings and research processes.
• Standardize, optimize, and improve financial data processes.
• Resolve financial data, accounting, and process-related queries from Financial Data Analysts and outsourcing teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, operating procedures, and governance resources.
• Collaborate with Accounting Specialists, analysts, and technology teams to implement process updates and enhancements.
• Monitor data quality, identify trends, and recommend improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Represent the Knowledge Management function in cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency, while demonstrating growing awareness of responsible and ethical AI use.
