Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify and implement analytics solutions across the end-to-end supply chain, driving process improvements and automation.

You will design and deploy analytics and digital tools, translate business requirements into scalable reporting including Power BI dashboards, and communicate insights with clear storytelling to influence decisions and improve cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6+ years in business analytics, supply chain planning, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and KNIME for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify, define, and implement analytics solutions across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital solutions to improve decision making and cost performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization, including Power BI dashboards.
• Leverage data to identify insights, risks, and performance trends supporting strategic objectives.
• Communicate complex data insights through clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
