Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an analytics professional to partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify and implement analytics solutions that drive process improvements, automation, and simplification across the end-to-end supply chain.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital tools that improve decision making, customer service, and cost performance, translating business needs into scalable Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain planning, project management, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and KNIME for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify, define, and implement analytics solutions that drive process improvements, automation, and simplification across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital solutions that improve decision making, customer service, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization solutions, including Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Leverage data to identify insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends that support strategic and operational objectives.
• Communicate complex data and business insights through clear storytelling, visualization, and actionable recommendations.
