Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a seasoned analytics professional in New Jersey to partner with the Incubator Operations team. The role focuses on building analytics solutions that drive improvements across the supply chain, enabling better decision making and cost performance.

You will design and deploy Power BI dashboards, translate business requirements into scalable reporting, and leverage data for actionable insights. Collaboration with multiple functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain planning, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and KNIME for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Incubator Operations to implement analytics solutions across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital solutions to improve decision making and cost performance.
• Translate requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization, including Power BI dashboards.
• Leverage data to identify insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends for strategic objectives.
• Communicate complex data insights through storytelling, visualization, and actionable recommendations.
