Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams to deliver analytics solutions that drive value. Lead design and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, efficiency, and cost.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years of experience in analytics or related fields, with the ability to translate business problems into scalable reporting and automation solutions, and to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6+ years of analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or related experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes.
