Horizon Media Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Associate Director to elevate and maintain our marketing analytics within the Advanced Analytics team in Los Angeles.

You will lead analytics engagements, develop models for media optimization, and mentor a growing team of analysts to deliver measurable client results. The role requires hands-on modeling skills, a storytelling mindset, and strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mathematical or quantitative discipline; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in data & analytics roles in an agency/consulting environment with at least two years of team management experience.
• Proficiency with Python and R; SQL for data access and regression modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and data storytelling using dashboards or PPT.
• Ability to develop proprietary statistical models, design A/B tests, and run MMM/MTA analyses.

• Manage and mentor a growing and diverse team.
• Create and elevate analytics methodology and a replicable framework for multiple clients.
• Develop, train, and productionalize models for media optimization and client results.
• Collaborate with clients and account teams to assess challenges and plan solutions.
• Oversee modeling outputs with BI and Data Engineering to automate data processes.
• Build marketing mix models, diminishing returns analyses, and test designs for ROI insights.
• Lead new analytical initiatives to drive actionable client insights.
