Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in business analytics or equivalent.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, CS, Engineering, Math).
• Expert skills in SQL and in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience supporting customer service or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business leaders to provide insights and data-informed decisions.
• Lead day-to-day analytics and build scalable data tools for CS operations.
• Identify pain points in customer support and drive improvements with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers and operations to deliver cross-functional goals.
