Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Advanced Analytics Lead to empower product and business decisions through data-driven insights within the CS organization. You will work with engineers, PMs, and operations to build scalable analytics platforms and models that improve guest, host, and agent experiences.

You will leverage strong SQL and Python (or R) skills, 8+ years of analytics experience, and a deep understanding of causal inference and ML techniques.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in business analytics.
• Experience supporting customer service and/or operations teams.
• Expert skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Knowledge of causal inference methods, experimentation, and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business leaders to drive data-driven insights and inform decisions.
• Build scalable analytics tools and reporting platforms for CS.
• Model data and design experiments to measure impact on guest, host, and agent experiences.
• Define and track key metrics; communicate drivers of those metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and operations to enable cross-functional goals.
