Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an Advanced Analytics Lead to empower our Community Support (CS) analytics with scalable data tools and insightful guidance. You will partner with product, operations, and engineering to improve guest, host, and agent experiences.

You will build analytical frameworks, run causal inference studies, and drive data-informed roadmaps through dashboards and self-serve platforms. This role demands 8+ years of analytics and strong SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in business analytics and a quantitative degree (Masters or PhD a plus).
• Experience supporting customer service or operations teams is a plus.
• Expert skills in SQL and Python/R; experience with causal inference, experimentation and ML in multi-sided platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven roadmaps for CS working groups with actionable, data-backed solutions.
• Build the business insights & reporting platform to measure efficacy and improve CS processes.
• Model data across entities and use tools/frameworks to optimize community and agent experiences.
• Define and evaluate key metrics in unstructured problem spaces and explain what moves them.
• Influence data-driven decisions across business verticals via reviews, scorecards, and OKRs.
• Guide experimentation and measurement strategies, including power analyses and causal inference.
