Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in pharma or biotech commercial analytics, insights, or forecasting.
• Dermatology or immunology exposure preferred; primary care exposure a plus.
• Strong modeling skills; build models independently.
• Excellent PowerPoint storytelling; board-ready decks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models and analytics for primary care commercial planning, brand strategy, and indication expansion into dermatology markets.
• Turn analysis into executive-ready slides; own storytelling and the build.
• Develop patient, prescriber, and market models for planning assumptions.
• Manage vendor-driven market research when needed (light portion).
• Deliver insights to shape analytics, forecasting, resourcing, and go-to-market decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, market access, and finance to validate recommendations.
