Qualifications

• MBA or MS in a quantitative or health-related discipline.
• 5+ years analytics experience in pharma/biotech with Market Access or Medical exposure.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, payer data) or real-world data a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects for commercial, market access and medical teams.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics to improve outcomes.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for field teams while ensuring compliance.
• Assist in data automation, KPI development and tracking.
