Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a data analytics and reporting leader to align technology solutions with business strategies and enhance forecasting, planning, and performance insights. You will develop and refine reports, maintain metrics, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in payments or adjacent industry.

Responsibilities

• Aligns technology solutions with business strategies to improve reporting capabilities.
• Develops, maintains, and optimizes reports and models.
• Manages historic and forward-looking business metrics and statistics.
• Assembles daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.
• Defines key data elements and supports projects for data consistency, availability and quality.
• Supports identification and implementation of tech solutions to reduce manual work and improve controls.
• Generates ad hoc reports via custom queries against the data repository.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners for data gathering.
