Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain transformation models in Snowflake for reporting across Retail, Cultivation, Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance.
• Refactor business logic from Power BI datasets into governed, tested, version-controlled models in the warehouse.
• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from source systems and consolidate BigQuery data into Snowflake.
• Define consistent modeling approach including naming standards, grain, and conformed dimensions.
• Implement automated data quality testing and monitoring; own resolution when tests fail.
• Document models and lineage to enable self-serve analytics.
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into durable models.
• Support semantic layer and BI tools; evaluate new platform tools (Microsoft Fabric, dbt, Airbyte, dlt, Omni, Sigma).
• Cross-train with the team and mentor analysts on SQL, modeling, and data quality.
