Job summary

Boosted is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data systems across domains. You will work on advanced data analysis, semantic layers, data models, and dashboards to enable self-service analytics for clients.

You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, while mentoring junior analysts and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and database design knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support product and growth analytics.
• Develop semantic layers, data models, and self-service reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
• Translate client needs into analytical requirements and insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders for data accuracy.
