Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate within Performance Marketing Analytics to own the lifecycle from raw data to executive-ready insight. You will design experiments, develop analytical frameworks, and build production-ready pipelines that help teams move faster with confidence.

You will partner with marketing, product, and technology to measure performance, optimize customer acquisition, and strengthen Owned Media strategy through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of applied analytics, software engineering, or related experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building analytical solutions across multiple data sources, with attention to data quality and reproducibility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Design measurement approaches and experiments (A/B, multivariate, and holdout) to quantify impact and inform decisions.
• Interpret experimental results using metrics, statistical significance, and business impact.
• Diagnose performance drivers through segmentation, funnel analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Build and maintain scalable, production-ready data pipelines and analytical frameworks.
• Write secure, stable, testable code using SQL and Python or R with strong quality controls.
• Communicate complex findings through narratives and visualizations to senior stakeholders.
• Stay current on analytics innovations and use approved AI-assisted tools responsibly.
