Job summary

This role is pivotal in architecting data solutions and driving business strategies with measurable impacts. You’ll be expected to design data architectures, optimize performance at scale, and mentor junior engineers.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, technical expertise in analytics engineering, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders. The base pay range is $101,600 – $127,000 USD, coupled with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise in data modeling and architecture design.
• Proven technical leadership with the ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data architectures using SQL and ETL/ELT tools.
• Lead analytical initiatives and design comprehensive KPI frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices.
