HarmonyCares is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform complex healthcare data into scalable, governed analytics solutions. You will design data models, pipelines, and semantic layers in Databricks and BI tools, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to power reporting and ML-ready datasets.

You will work on data from claims, clinical and operational sources, ensuring data quality and interoperability, with a focus on AI-ready data assets and production-grade pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with healthcare data in analytics engineering or data roles.
• Experience with claims and clinical datasets and translating data into insights.
• Designing scalable data models and semantic layers for BI/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, operational and business teams to translate needs into scalable data models and AI-ready data assets.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores for BI and ML workloads.
• Build dashboards and semantic models in Databricks/Power BI/Tableau.
• Work with healthcare datasets (claims, clinical, operational) and ensure data quality.
• Prepare model-ready datasets and support ML use cases with production-grade data paths.
• Embed AI/ML outputs into workflows and decision-support tools.
