Job summary

Trove Brands seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to advance analytics and data strategy, driving governance, quality, and scalable BI solutions. You will champion data across departments, support dashboards, and mentor analytics staff while collaborating with teams to improve processes.

The role demands strong SQL, data modeling, and visualization skills, with experience in modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and Python. This is an in-office position at our Lehi HQ.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL experience with large data volumes.
• Data modeling and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with data governance and BI solutions.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to enhance Analytics strategy and tooling.
• Develop and maintain data governance and data quality practices.
• Mentor Analytics Engineers and Analysts across the company.
• Lead data analysis and high-visibility dashboard development.
• Model data and develop ETL for reporting needs.
• Champion data across the organization to drive data-driven improvements.
• Communicate recommendations based on analysis and trends.
