Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into trusted datasets and executive dashboards. You will own the analytics stack from ingestion to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable data products.

The role focuses on analytics engineering, BI, and storytelling within an evolving Alteryx environment migrating toward GCP and BigQuery. Strong SQL, Python, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as CS, IS, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics.
• 7+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, or similar with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience modernizing Alteryx Designer/Server workflows and translating business problems into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data pipelines across Alteryx and BigQuery/GCP.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, freshness, reliability, and observability during migration.
• Lead migration efforts with validation to ensure parity between legacy and modernized workflows.
• Design dimensional models, semantic layers, and reusable data marts in BigQuery.
• Create dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI with advanced calculations and security.
