Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and ideally Python; strong understanding of modern data tooling.
• Experience working with Databricks (on AWS preferred).
• Cloud-native data sources like Salesforce or NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand goals and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design and implement trusted data models (dimensional/star schemas) for self-service analytics.
• Translate raw data into clear metrics and visualizations to drive action.
• Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Model; extend and maintain dbt pipelines.
• Explore GenAI and ML opportunities to enhance data products.
• Support marketing, product, finance, and sales with analytics solutions.
• Champion reliability, reproducibility, and automation across the stack.
• Collaborate on enterprise dashboards and BI visualizations.
• Manage and optimize the Databricks environment.
