You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable, well-modeled data for internal and customer-facing analytics.

As a senior IC, you will lead BI dashboards, evolve data pipelines, and act as a trusted technical advisor on data strategy, quality, and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/data engineering or analytics-focused roles in healthcare.
• Expertise with SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI in a full-time setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI dashboards and analytics for platform usage, clinical outcomes, ROI, and operations.
• Lead data pipelines and transformation frameworks across the data platform.
• Advise engineering, product, and business stakeholders on data solutions.
• Ensure data models align with long-term platform architecture and quality standards.
• Contribute code to pipelines, models, and analytics frameworks.
• Drive technical discussions, reviews, and evaluations.
• Identify data quality risks and technical debt; promote best practices.
• Mentor Analytics Engineer I & II.
