Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong SQL skills; proficient in Python.
• Experience building scalable data models in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with dbt, Redshift, and BI platforms.
• Independent worker who takes ownership of projects.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models that represent core business functions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks.
• Manage data ingestion and integration across internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to translate needs into data solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and development of the data platform.
• Support self-service data tools used across the business.
