SharkNinja is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer in Needham, MA or remote US to own end-to-end data products, from onboarding sources to modeling in Snowflake via dbt Cloud. You will design scalable pipelines, enforce standards, and leverage AI-assisted tools in a production-grade environment.

The role requires expert SQL, Snowflake mastery, dbt Cloud experience, and hands-on with Dagster or Airflow. Collaboration with vendors, governance, and mentoring are important parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Advanced skills with Snowflake, dbt Cloud and ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on with Dagster or Airflow and APIs/file feeds.
• Ability to write tests, ensure governance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new data sources end to end, including APIs and file drops.
• Build reliable, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Write tests and enforce CI standards across pipelines.
• Model data in dbt Cloud on Snowflake with tests/docs.
• Use AI tools for dbt models and SQL refactoring; document guardrails.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold data governance policies.
