Job summary

ModMed, a healthcare IT leader, seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Analytics team in a fast-paced environment. You will design scalable data models and build robust analytics assets that empower data-driven decisions across the business.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and sales to translate questions into insights, explore GenAI opportunities, and manage Databricks on AWS. This role shapes data products across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics, building analytics solutions.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and Python; strong data tooling knowledge.
• Experience with Databricks (AWS preferred) and data modeling.
• Curiosity about Generative AI and data products to drive value.
• Ability to work across marketing, product, finance, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand goals and translate into scalable data solutions.
• Design trusted data models (dimensional/star) to support self-service analytics.
• Turn raw data into actionable metrics, stories, and visualizations.
• Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Model; maintain dbt pipelines.
• Explore GenAI/ML opportunities to enhance data products.
• Support CRM, marketing, and customer-facing analytics needs.
• Contribute to DataOps with reliability, reproducibility, and automation.
• Collaborate on enterprise dashboards and manage the Databricks environment.
