Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Senior BI/Data Modeling roles.
• Experience with behavioral health, Medicaid, claims, or value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics-ready data models and curated data marts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data structures and standards.
• Curate feature tables and datasets for predictive modeling and AI-enabled analytics.
• Prepare data pipelines and semantic layers for AI-enabled experiences and self-service analytics.
• Serve as a technical SME for analytics engineering and evaluate cloud/AI technologies.
