Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of analytics/BI experience, preferably in healthcare.
• SQL and dimensional modeling experience; Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reusable Power BI datasets and dashboards; optimize performance.
• Guide DSS engineers in scalable Snowflake data models.
• Maintain metric definitions, metadata, and lineage practices in Alation.
• Translate business needs into actionable analytics and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead data quality analysis and remediation; mentor analytics developers.
