Teragonia, Inc. seeks an experienced Principal to own client relationships and lead delivery teams across multiple engagements. You will co-create opportunities with clients, translate priorities into outcomes, and work closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic account growth.

This is a business leadership role emphasizing client leadership, people development, and sound judgment. Technical fluency is valued, with a focus on integrating AI-driven operating platforms into client

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–12 years leading client engagements and delivery teams in professional services or similar environments.
• Proven ability to own senior client relationships and deliver across multiple workstreams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate client priorities into outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and be the trusted point of ownership for delivery and outcomes.
• Partner on account strategy and growth opportunities within existing accounts; MD retains the most senior external relationship.
• Co-create opportunities with clients by understanding their business deeply and aligning to firm capabilities.
• Lead executive-level conversations, read-outs, and strategic discussions with C-suite clients.
• Guide teams to deliver end-to-end engagements, removing obstacles and prioritizing work across 3+ concurrent engagements.
• Oversee engagement economics and profitability, manage scope changes, and ensure successful delivery.
