Fa Erqb Saasfaprod1 is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics in Boca Raton, FL to lead the development of data science and machine learning initiatives. The role partners with senior leaders across Customer Experience, Operations, IT, Marketing, Pricing, and Finance to drive profitability and customer value.

You will own the analytics roadmap, oversee pricing and customer value models, and guide a team of analysts to deliver scalable insights and executive-ready storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, statistics, economics or related field.
• 5-7+ years in data analytics, preferably in finance and GTM customer management for retail security or subscription models.
• Proven ability to influence decisions in highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional partnerships.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models with governance and monitoring.
• Master’s degree in a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience leading analysts or cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced DS and ML models across care, pricing and enterprise groups.
• Identify high-value use cases to drive enterprise growth using DS and ML.
• Shape pricing, forecasting, and customer value models with Pricing and Finance.
• Oversee cross-functional changes to price, offers, and communications.
• Own analytical strategy and roadmap for Customer Lifetime Value growth.
• Govern segmentation, governance, and execution of analytics initiatives.
• Lead test-and-learn agenda, funnel optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality data assets and executive storytelling through visualizations.
• Coach analysts and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent Cust Care Analytics in senior forums influencing revenue and decisions.
