Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Temporary Senior Associate – Reporting Dashboard Engineer to join our Risk Consulting practice. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

The role requires advanced SQL, experience with data warehouses and dimensional models, and collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise reporting, governance, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Data Analytics or related field.
• 6+ years in BI, analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong Power BI and/or Tableau with SQL.
• Experience with data warehouses and dimensional models.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop data models and semantic layers for enterprise reporting.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets.
• Build ETL/ELT processes and data integrations.
• Create executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
