Job summary

Fractal is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Consultant to drive high-impact operational strategy for a premier leader in autonomous mobility and robotics. This role owns end-to-end analytical scoping, data discovery, pipeline engineering, and solution design for large-scale product and physical infrastructure datasets.

You will partner with the client’s infrastructure and operations teams to analyze risk factors, optimize asset uptime, and maximize the utilization of cutting-edge power

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Analytics Consulting, Data Engineering, or Product Analytics.
• Advanced SQL and production pipeline experience (dbt, Airflow, SQL transformations, GCP).
• Experience with messy, decentralized datasets (telemetry, logs, geospatial data).
• Strong consultative, stakeholder mgmt, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into technical specs, analytical user stories, and data schemas.
• Locate, extract, and unify internal data assets; build/modify ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Design dashboards, diagnostic suites, and data models for exec/operational decision-making.
• Define QA standards, ensure data lineage, and guide offshore data science execution.
• Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive action.
• Think strategically to move from data to insights to actionable recommendations.
