Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst 3 to join our team in California.

The role focuses on building and maintaining full BI solutions in Power BI, developing ELT/ETL pipelines, and integrating AI features into reporting and analytics processes. You will develop data models, implement security, and manage Databricks-based dashboards while optimizing DAX and Python scripts for automation and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience with Power BI and Databricks.
Strong expertise in advanced DAX and data modeling.
Outstanding proficiency in building and managing ELT/ETL pipelines.
Proficiency in Python scripting and application development.
Ability to effectively apply row-level security and security models.
Advanced degree or equivalent with AI/Gen AI capabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain data models, semantic layers, and dashboards in Power BI.
Write and optimize advanced DAX for correctness and performance.
Configure and monitor Power BI capacity, utilization, and refresh health.
Apply row-level security and grasp application security layer models.
Design and sustain ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks using Delta Lake and medallion architecture.
Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs, workflows, and data refresh processes.
Develop and manage Databricks-native reports, dashboards, and analytics assets.
Incorporate Databricks AI and Gen AI features into reporting and analytics workflows.
Write and maintain Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and reporting tasks.
Support ad-hoc executive requests and planning deliverables.
Help evaluate and incorporate innovative technologies into our tech stack.]
