Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years of BI, analytics delivery, and data engineering.
• 5+ years Power BI development (dashboards, reports, semantic models).
• 3+ years Databricks, Spark SQL, Delta Lake.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL and cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Connect Power BI with Databricks SQL Warehouses and Delta Lake tables.
• Translate KPIs and requirements into technical designs and plans.
• Build scalable semantic models with star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Optimize data structures for performance and usability.
• Implement RLS/Row-level and OLS security, governance, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentoring teammates.
