We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst 3 to join Adobe’s world‑class team. This is your chance to contribute to innovative projects crafting the future of technology. You will build and maintain full BI solutions in Power BI, develop ELT/ETL pipelines, and integrate AI features into our reporting and analytics processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain data models, semantic layers, and dashboards in Power BI.
• Write and optimize advanced DAX for correctness and performance.
• Configure and monitor Power BI capacity, utilization, and refresh health.
• Apply row‑level security and grasp application security layer models.
• Design and sustain ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks using Delta Lake and medallion architecture.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs, workflows, and data refresh processes.
• Develop and manage Databricks‑native reports, dashboards, and analytics assets.
• Incorporate Databricks AI and Gen AI features into reporting and analytics workflows.
• Write and maintain Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and reporting tasks.
• Support ad‑hoc executive requests and planning deliverables.
• Help evaluate and incorporate innovative technologies into our tech stack.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Proven experience with Power BI and Databricks.
• Strong expertise in advanced DAX and data modeling.
• Outstanding proficiency in building and managing ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and application development.
• Ability to effectively apply row‑level security and application security models.

Compensation

US pay range for this position is $85,300 – $186,200 annually (varies by location, work requirements, and experience).
