Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build and scale AIM28 analytics, reporting, and value-realization measurement capabilities. You will design end-to-end data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and automation to transform complex data into trusted insights for executives and program leaders.

The ideal candidate combines SQL proficiency, data modeling, BI visualization, and AI-enabled analytics with strong business and finance acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills preferred.
• Experience building dashboards and self-serve analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain program-level dashboards for AIM28 and Big Bets, the single source of truth for KPIs, benefits, investments, and value realization.
• Create executive-facing reporting for monthly leadership reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Automate recurring benefit and program reporting end-to-end with validated data flows.
• Ingest and harmonize data from multiple sources into governed data models and datasets.
• Establish business logic and documentation for metrics and data lineage.
