Job summary

Archer, in partnership with JPMorganChase, seeks an Analytics Solutions Associate Senior to design analytics-driven QA solutions. You will develop programmatic frameworks for sampling, automate testing, and ensure audit-ready controls across risk and compliance contexts.

The role focuses on statistical sampling, data integration, and methodology documentation. You will own reusable tooling, drive automation, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, QA analytics, risk, controls, financial crime, or operations analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, data manipulation, and reusable code.
• Experience with statistical sampling methodologies and data validation.
• SQL proficiency for querying large structured datasets.
• Knowledge of ML concepts and anomaly detection where applicable.
• Experience integrating data via APIs or structured feeds.
• Unix/Linux command line experience.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive scalable processes.
• Strong attention to detail in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain programmatic frameworks supporting QA testing, sampling, and review processes.
• Develop Python automation tools to generate samples, validate inputs, track coverage, and document methodology.
• Apply statistical techniques (confidence intervals, error rates, stratification, sample sizing) to QA conclusions.
• Translate testing needs into structured analytical requirements, technical logic, and repeatable workflows.
• Integrate data from internal systems, APIs, and structured feeds to enable sampling, testing, and automation.
• Partner with QA leads, risk managers, and operations to identify control gaps and improve testing design.
• Lead process improvements through automation, standardization, and stronger analytical controls.
• Perform data quality checks, exception analysis, and output validation to ensure accuracy and defendability.
• Document sampling logic, assumptions, methodology, limitations, and controls for audit.
• Support governance by coordinating with compliance, legal, and control partners and completing required forms.
• Communicate analytical findings, risks, and methodology decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
