Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to lead the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions within the Analytics Centre of Excellence. You will drive architecture, data models and governance while mentoring others and partnering with client teams.

You bring 3+ years of analytics delivery, expert Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks, plus agile experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in analytics delivery or comparable experience.
1+ years in a senior or technical lead capacity within a BI or analytics team.
Expert-level experience in Tableau and/or Power BI with a proven track record of delivering complex analytics solutions to production standard.
Strong working experience with SQL, Python and Databricks for data transformation, processing and analytics.
Experience leading technical delivery within an agile environment, including sprint management and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical leadership across Analytics Centre of Excellence analytics delivery processes.
Drive innovation with regards to analytics and automation to evolve business processes and team capabilities.
Provide mentorship and coaching to Analytics Developers and Specialists.
Lead the technical development of complex analytics initiatives, defining architecture and data models.
Ensure QA, code reviews, data validation, UAT, and deployment documentation meet CoE standards.
