Job summary

Meijer is seeking an experienced Analyst within the Data Science & Analytics department to develop and apply advanced analytic and machine learning solutions that drive sales, margin and profit. You will collaborate with business areas across the enterprise, delivering data-driven actions to improve performance.

You will lead analytics initiatives, build custom algorithms, and create dashboards while communicating insights to stakeholders and guiding data-driven decisions that impact Meijer's

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field.
2+ years analytics experience in retail/logistics/CPG preferred.
Nice to have: Safe Agile, Azure, Databricks, Python.

Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven solutions across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
Develop analytics initiatives and predictive models to influence business outcomes.
Create scorecards and reports to improve decision making.
Communicate complex results through dashboards and storytelling to leadership.
