Retail Insight is seeking a Lead Insight Analyst to work directly with the Kroger client team, delivering high-impact analytics that influence commercial decisions and drive measurable business outcomes. You will be embedded within the client environment as a trusted analytics partner, translating complex data into clear recommendations and responding to bespoke business questions from senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data, analytics or insight-focused roles.
• Experience working with business stakeholders or clients is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted analytics partner within the Kroger business.
• Managing and delivering bespoke ad-hoc insight requests from stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Translating complex datasets into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities within retail performance data.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to client stakeholders clearly.
• Leading analytical projects from brief to delivery and implementation.
• Mentoring junior analysts as needed.
• Collaborating with internal Retail Insight teams for consistency and best practices.
• Shaping and evolving insight solutions based on changing client needs.
