Job summary

Wheels, LLC is seeking a Senior Analytics & AI Developer to build and improve AI-enabled solutions that support quoting, lease conversions, billing, and settlements. You will work with Client Success, Account Management, and strategic clients to translate complex needs into scalable tools and predictive models.

The role serves as a subject matter expert on FleetLab initiatives, data sources, and forecasting, delivering data-driven consulting that drives business outcomes and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/analytics-related field.
• 5+ years in quantitative roles in fleet management, financial services, or analytics.
• 2+ years developing AI/ML or automation-enabled tools preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL; able to analyze and present data clearly.
• Experience with Python, SQL, ML, LLM, and AI development frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultancy Intake & Prioritization: manage intake, approvals, prioritization, planning, and delivery of analytical solutions.
• Consulting Strategy Support: partner with BD and client teams to implement consulting strategies.
• Promotes Data Utilization for Decision-Making: improve use of proprietary/industry data for benchmarking.
• Advanced Data Analysis: use Python, SQL, Shell, Power Platform, and reporting tools for data preparation.
• Modeling & Predictive Analytics: develop or collaborate on ML models and analytical frameworks.
• Solution Development: design, test, implement, maintain analytical tools for critical calculations.
• Actionable Recommendations: translate data into logical, data-backed recommendations.
• Subject Matter Expertise: serve as SME for FleetLab topics and analytics solutions.
• Customer & Stakeholder Guidance: share knowledge to facilitate decision-making.
• Benchmarking & Best Practices: perform data mining for internal/external benchmarking.
• Project Planning & Delivery: develop requirements, plans, testing approaches, docs.
• Business Understanding: align analytics with business objectives and fleet operations.
