Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Senior Analytical Scientist for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indiana. The role focuses on supporting synthetic and biologic drug substances from process transfer through scale-up and optimization.

You will collaborate with CMC, process engineers, and production to implement analytical tools and PAT solutions while upholding cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with chromatographic characterization and detectors (ICH).
• Experience transferring methods into GMP manufacturing or QC.
• Support pharmaceutical development with analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Transfer analytical methods between labs and refine robustness.
• Drive PAT strategies and on-line/off-line testing on production floor.
• Collaborate with engineers, chemists, and production staff.
• Prepare technical documents and support regulatory submissions.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and ensure compliance.
