Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Senior Onsite Engineer to lead troubleshooting and vendor support for analytical equipment across a Thousand Oaks campus, ensuring uptime and reliability.

You will coordinate with analytical, engineering, instrumentation and manufacturing teams, support preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while meeting GMP standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field with biotech/pharma equipment experience (5 years) and GMP knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Analytical, Engineering, Instrumentation, and Manufacturing teams.
• Define technical coverage and integration of subsystems.
• Create and execute project plans and schedules.
• Review qualification documents for assigned projects.
• Provide deep technical assistance to staff and operators.
• Support equipment across multiple buildings on the Thousand Oaks campus.
