3 Key Consulting is hiring a Senior Analytical Equipment Engineer to support troubleshooting, CQV and manufacturing activities for a leading biopharma client in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role is onsite, contract-based, and requires strong technical leadership and GMP experience.

The candidate will manage extensive troubleshooting across a range of analytical devices, coordinate vendor support, and drive equipment reliability with cross-functional teams on a multi-building campus.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Biotech, Chemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with analytical processes and GMP procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis background.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional work with Analytical, Engineering, Instrumentation and Manufacturing.
• Lead troubleshooting and vendor support for diverse analytical equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, spare parts, SOPs and forms.
• Assist with commissioning, qualification, validation and decommissioning.
• Maintain audit-ready GMP documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
