Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years of analytical development experience or MS with 5+ years; exceptional candidates with BS with 8+ years will be considered.
• Deep experience in analytical method development and validation is required.
• Strong chromatography expertise including GC, LC, GC-MS, LC-MS; knowledge of Karl Fischer and spectroscopy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead chromatographic method development, qualification, and validation.
• Design and review analytical methods, validation protocols, and reports with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train staff; drive improvements in analytical development practices.
• Interpret data to support project strategy and scientific progress.
