Job summary

You will apply ADDIE, produce lesson plans, guides, and assessments, collaborate with the Training Lead, support lifecycle management, and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portions of course development or instructional delivery under ADDIE methodologies.
• Experience assessing reporting trends, evaluating course performance, or validating learning‑objective alignment.
• Experience developing and maintaining course materials such as lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, critiques, and training records.
• Experience updating curriculum under configuration control or Government review cycles.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community ( IC ) and DoD classification guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver training across SB MTI workflows and operator courses.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and visuals with high fidelity.
• Support training lifecycle management, readiness tracking, and outreach events.
• Collaborate with the Training Lead to meet program requirements.
