Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating reporting trends, course performance, or learning objective alignment.
• Experience developing or maintaining course materials such as lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, critiques, and training records.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
• Knowledge of ISR collection capabilities, sensor limitations, MTI phenomenology, or geospatial analysis workflows.
• Ability to produce timely, concise, technically accurate reports, assessments, training documents, or instructional material.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, ISR operations, Space Force training, or instruction led intelligence instruction, OR 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, ISR operations, Space Force training, or instruction led intelligence instruction in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver training across SB MTI workflows and related courses.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and training records.
• Produce high-fidelity UE5 visualizations to simplify orbital, sensor, and MTI concepts.
• Support all phases of training lifecycle management and outreach events.
• Collaborate with Training Lead and cross-functional teams to meet program requirements.
