Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with adult training.
• Experience using the official system program and product manager's training products, or using commercial software and hardware training material.
• Ability to deliver operator-level training.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and up to 12 hours daily when required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Train military users and develop training methods and materials.
• Prepare and deliver mission command and simulations training.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software for training readiness.
• Set up class and training material in different locations as required.
