Job summary

Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analytic Developer to support the Analytic Solutions mission. The role combines hands-on software development with rapid prototyping and cloud integration to deliver analytics that identify targets, behaviors, and discovery opportunities.

You will partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate needs into automated analytics and repeatable workflows, build prototypes, and rapidly adapt to evolving mission priorities with end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Production Java software development including design, testing, debugging, integration, and maintenance of complex applications.
• Translating mission or user needs into technical solutions and collaborating with analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and deploy software supporting target discovery and mission analytics.
• Work directly with analysts and customer stakeholders to understand analytic needs and transform manual techniques into automated analytics and repeatable workflows.
• Build prototypes, evaluate analytics for applicability and performance, and integrate techniques to improve discovery outcomes.
• Respond to evolving mission priorities and world events by rapidly delivering analytic solutions.
