Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a Sr. Analytic Developer to join the Access Discovery & Tradecraft mission, building analytics, automating analyst workflows, and prototyping software for federal government customers. You will collaborate with mission analysts and data scientists to transition capabilities into operations.

This role requires TS/SCI with poly, strong Python/Jupyter skills, and agile delivery. The team embraces AI-enabled development and rapid prototyping to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience, or equivalent
• Strong Python and Jupyter Notebooks software engineering experience
• Familiarity with mission analyst tools and workflows
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in agile, mission-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve data discovery and analytic tradecraft
• Document user stories and translate needs into software solutions
• Prototype applications to automate manual processes and accelerate analyst productivity
• Support transition of prototypes into sustainable operational capabilities with AI-enabled solutions
