About you
We are seeking a motivated, analytical senior analyst who is ready to advance the quality of the location intelligence and work force analytics consulting offerings in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will assist in developing the logic for both freemium and paid consulting reports, conducting research, analyzing market and financial data, and owning the process of report delivery with oversight from leadership.
This position will report to the Head of Location Intelligence. It will be focused on performing analysis, research, and benchmarking to support the design and delivery of consulting studies that support outsourced global enterprise account delivery. This position will also support for brokers and Colliers’ global enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will…
Lead business analysis of clients utilizing Colliers’ established processes and tools
Develop analytics for clients used to improve the performance of their business and real estate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with technology, consulting, and account teams to develop analytical and financial models that form the basis of ongoing analysis.
Present results in a manner that the business partners can understand, ensuring interpretation, appropriate detail, and usability.
Summarize results of analysis and develop presentations to support the client accounts
Translate analytical models and frameworks to other team members to be implemented in client solutions
Perform employer interviews to confirm desktop analysis findings
Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations.
Support development of presentations and financial analysis utilizing the Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Proactively explore the latest AI enabled tools to improve the efficacy of the team
What success looks like
2+ years relevant experience (e.g., quantitative business, finance, or real estate related degree). Prior experience in site selection and analytics is preferred
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience in the application of mathematical and statistical methods – such as numerical or quantitative techniques – to real estate, operational, financial and risk management problems
Knowledge of business analytic platforms and data modeling
Statistical programming knowledge
Motivated by a fast-paced working environment, with a drive to exceed deadlines while maintaining high quality
BI Platform experience and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong skills in the following areas: business case development, financial analysis, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $91,495 to $115,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
